A menu by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi
Khazana is the Urdu word for a treasure: something precious, found and kept. Our kitchen is built on that idea, drawing on cooking traditions from across India and the princely kingdoms where many of its classics began.
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, star of Turban Tadka and Laughter Chefs and founder of the Karigari restaurants in India, created our menu. Everything is made in house, from the breads in the tandoor to the sauces simmered each morning.
