Where it comes from
Chicken tikka comes from the tandoor kitchens of Punjab and became world famous after Delhi's Moti Mahal restaurant popularized tandoori chicken in the years after 1947. Today it's on Indian menus across the globe.
Hariyali, reshmi and aachari are three classic tikka marinades. Serving all three side by side, on one plate, is how we do it at The Treasury.
