How we do vegan
Tell us, and we'll take care of it
Indian cooking has some of the world's best plant-based dishes. At The Treasury, our vegan-friendly dishes are made without butter, ghee, cream or yogurt, and our servers know exactly which ones they are.
Let your server know you're vegan when you order. The kitchen will confirm each dish and suggest what else can be prepared dairy-free that day.

Questions
Do you have vegan Indian food?
Yes. Dishes like Bhindi Do Pyaza, Corn Chaat, Chana Masala and masala fries are made without dairy, and plain basmati rice and salads round out the meal. Tell your server you're vegan and the kitchen will confirm what's dairy-free that day.
Is Indian food usually vegan?
Much of it can be. Many curries use butter, ghee or cream, but lentil, chickpea and vegetable dishes are often naturally plant-based. Our team will steer you to the right ones.
Are the naan breads vegan?
Most naan contains dairy. Ask your server about dairy-free bread options, or pair your curry with steamed basmati rice.
Do you cater vegan menus?
Yes. We build vegan, vegetarian and mixed menus for weddings, offices and parties, with every dish clearly labeled.
