About us
World-class Indian dining, in Burlington
Greater Boston's only Indian restaurant by a celebrity chef.
The owners
Dev & Sujata Patil
After building their careers in technology, Dev and Sujata Patil found themselves asking a simple question: why didn’t Boston have an Indian restaurant that could stand alongside the great dining destinations of New York, London, Delhi and Mumbai?
They envisioned a restaurant where Indian cuisine belonged naturally in that company, not simply because of the food, but because of the entire experience.
The Treasury was created with that standard in mind. Refined cuisine from a celebrity chef, a distinctive collection of rare Indian single malts, elegant private dining, and warm, attentive service come together in a setting designed for memorable evenings and important occasions.
The ambition was never simply to open another Indian restaurant. It was to create one worthy of being counted among the world’s exceptional dining rooms.

Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi is one of India's most loved celebrity chefs, known to millions as the "Energy Chef of India" and for his famous catchphrase namak shamak. He trained at IHM Bhubaneswar, rose to executive chef with The Oberoi by 27, and cooked at The Regent and Taj Lands End before television made him a household name, from Khana Khazana to Turban Tadka and, today, Laughter Chefs on Colors TV.
He also runs Karigari, his acclaimed chain of Indian restaurants across India. At The Treasury, his menu and recipes create the magic that turns every visit and every celebration into a memory, with signatures like JD Lamb Chops, Mutton Ghee Roast, Paneer Cigar Rolls and Crunchy Yogurt Eclairs that you won't find anywhere else in the US.
